Included Features
- Call Forwarding

Included with your Primus Wireless service.
This feature, when activated, redirects all calls made to your cell phone to another destination. The destination may be any dialable Telephone Number (Local, Long Distance, Toll Free, International). The subscriber is responsible for any toll charges incurred if the line is forwarded to a phone number outside the customer's local calling area. Please note that a maximum of 2500 call forwarding minutes are provided each month. Airtime charges apply after 2500 minutes have been used.
- Call Waiting

Included with your Primus Wireless service.
This feature alerts the wireless subscriber who is involved in one call that there is another call coming in on the line. The alert is done via an audible tone that the Line subscriber hears when the new call arrives.
The subscriber may press Talk/Send to put the original call on hold and answer the new call. The subscriber may then use the Talk/Send to toggle between the two calls.
If the wireless subscriber chooses not to answer the second call, that call will receive the “no answer” treatment assigned to the service (e.g. it will forward to voicemail if the service has a voice mailbox).
Customers can temporarily suspend the Call Waiting functionality by pressing #43# and Talk/Send.
To re-activate call waiting the customer can press *43# and Talk/Send.
- Conference Calling

Included with your Primus Wireless service.
This feature allows the subscriber to conference in a third party to an existing call.
Steps:
- To initiate Conference Calling, press Talk/Send to put the first call on hold.
- Call the next participant and then press Talk/Send to put the second call on hold.
- Finally press “3” and then Talk/Send to link all of the participants.
The subscriber is responsible for any applicable airtime or long distance charges on each of the participating calls.
Call Management Features
- Call Display

$4 per month.
When activated this feature sends the phone number of the calling party to the display screen on your cell phone for each incoming call it receives. If the party calling your cell phone is saved in your address book then that person's name will also appear on the display.
- Voice Mail

$4 per month.
This feature ensures you never miss a call, when you’re busy or just can’t answer the phone. Voice Mail provides an opportunity to store up to 35 messages (maximum 3 minutes in length).
Using Your Voicemail:
- Press and hold “1” to access your voicemail.
- Your default PIN number or access code is the last four digits of the contact number that you gave us with your order.
- Primus will send you a Text Message with your 4 digit temporary PIN number.
The first time that you access your voicemail you will be asked to change your PIN number, and set up your personal greeting.
Airtime Features
- Unlimited Evenings and Weekends
- For an additional $20 a month, add Unlimited Evening and Weekend calling. This feature lets you make unlimited local calls during evening and weekend hours. Please note that evenings are 8PM to 7AM Monday to Friday, while weekends run from 8PM on Friday until 7AM on Monday.
- Unlimited Weekends
- For an additional $15 a month, add Unlimited Weekend calling to any plan where Weekends are not included. This feature lets you make unlimited local calls during weekend hours. Please note that weekends run from 8PM on Friday to 7AM on Monday.
- Extended Evenings
- For an additional $5 a month, extend your unlimited evening calling hours from 6PM to 8AM Monday thru Friday. Regular evening hours are 8PM to 7AM Monday to Friday.
- 50 Additional Anytime Minutes

For just $5 a month, this feature lets you add 50 local anytime minutes to any of our monthly plans.
That's just 10¢ per minute!
* Please note this feature is applied to the account, and not available per person, when being added to a Primus More Sharing plan.
Data Features
- Text Messaging

Text Messaging or Short Message Service (SMS) supports sending messages up to 160 characters long from a cell phone to other wireless devices around the world. Charges vary based on destination sent to or how the message was received.
Pay Per Use
- Within Canada - each message is 10¢.
- From Canada to the US - each message is 20¢.
- From Canada to a country outside Canada / US - Cost varies by country.
- SMS 100 Bundle

$4 per month.
Includes up to 100 text messages sent from your Primus cell phone to another destination in Canada.
- SMS 500 Bundle

$10 per month.
Includes up to 500 text messages sent from your Primus cell phone to another destination in Canada.
- GPRS

The General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) is a service that allows information (data) to be sent and received across a mobile telephone network. All Primus cell phones are set up with GPRS access.
Pay Per Use
- GPRS usage not included in a monthly plan is billed at a rate of 5 cents per kilobyte (Kb). Please note that there is a minimum usage within Canada of four (4) Kb, with 1 Kb increments thereafter.
1 KB = approximately 1 small email (text only).
- 1MB GPRS Plan

For $6 a month, Primus customers can transfer up to 1 Megabyte (MB) of data over our wireless network in Canada. After 1 MB of usage, PPU charges apply.
This plan is ideal if you surf the wireless web often, or transfer information frequently to or from your laptop.
- 2MB GPRS Plan

For $10 a month Primus customers can transfer up to 2 MB of data on our wireless network in Canada.
This plan is ideal if you surf the wireless web often, or transfer information frequently to or from your laptop.
