Business Trunk Service provides unlimited 2-way connectivity between the customer’s PBX or Key System and the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) via analog, Ground start trunks.
Business Trunk Service can be set-up as Inbound, Outbound or a Two-way circuit.
With a comprehensive suite of call management and security features, Business Trunks can meet the specific needs of the customer’s applications and calling patterns.
All Business Trunks include:
- An analog, ground start trunk
- Unlimited 2-way access to the PSTN
- Touchtone and hunting/equivalency
- Access to 411, 611, 711, 911 and Operator services
- Access to Long Distance networks via Equal Ease of Access (EEA)

The DID Business Trunk Service
Using DID Trunks; a PRIMUS customer can provide for each Person in their company a phone number without a dedicated physical line. These Trunks are one-way and can only receive traffic.
Features Available on Business Trunk with DID Access are:
- Direct Inward Dialing Numbers (DID’s)
- Reserved DID Numbers
- Trunk Sequence Selection
