- Choice of shared shelf space, shared cabinet space, dedicated cabinet space, or custom-sized cage space
- Bandwidth billing based on gigabytes transferred per month or 95th percentile megabits per second / month
- 100Mbps Ethernet connection with redundant 100Mbps Ethernet connection to backup router as an option (HSRP)
- Daily tape backup swaps by a Primus technician
- "Remote hands" assistance - a Primus technician can reboot your server on request or assist with problem troubleshooting
- 24/7 physical access to your server by you and your pre-authorized technicians
- Access to a powerful web-based portal to monitor service performance metrics, manage security for your authorized contacts,submit and view trouble ticket requests, manage DNS and optional email services, and manage your account

- Performance/Backbone - Primus’ network is one of only a few "multi-homed" ISP networks in Canada, consisting of redundant backbone connections to five major backbone providers and two Internet Exchanges, the Toronto Internet Exchange (TORIX) and the Ottawa Internet Exchange (Ottix)
- Colocation High Availability - The Colocation High Availability option provides automatic failover capabilities to clients hosting mission critical applications. When 100% uptime is essential, colocation customers should add the HA option to their colocation service
- Managed Firewall - Primus will provision, install, configure and maintain a hardware based Cisco firewall appliance to protect your servers from attack
- Managed Monitoring - This service allows you to configure continuous service health checks on your servers and send notifications to your technicians by email, pager, or fax
- Managed System Administration - Primus technicians can monitor, patch, upgrade, and provide support for your Linux, Windows, and Solaris servers - our broad range of service options provide you with ultimate flexibility
- Managed Server Load Balancing - Primus will provision, install, configure and maintain a hardware based load balancing appliance which will distribute traffic among your servers and automatically re-route traffic if one of your servers fails
- Dedicated Servers - Do you have a requirement for additional servers which must be met quickly? Primus can provision servers running Linux within very short timeframes for your dedicated use
- Ethernet Over Fibre - If you need a High Speed connection from your office to your servers collocated at Primus’ Data Centre, our "Ethernet over Fibre" service is your best bet. The link can be configured for normal Internet access, or for high-security, it can be configured as a "private" connection from your office directly to your servers
